Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 1 November 2026 · App version 4.0

This policy explains how DigitalBitHub handles information in Royal Sudoku Master for Android (package com.intrusoft.sudokumaster) and on this policy website.

You can play without an account. Your puzzles and progress stay on your device, subject to Android backup settings. The app uses Google AdMob for advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform for ad privacy choices. These services process device and advertising information; your Sudoku entries are not sent to AdMob.

1. Information stored on your device

The app stores saved puzzles, entered digits, pencil notes, undo history, elapsed time, hints and earned hint credits, completed-game records, statistics, achievements, daily-puzzle progress and preferences. It also stores local ad-frequency counters and privacy-choice information needed by the advertising services.

This information supports gameplay, restores your progress and limits advertising. We do not operate a player-account system or a cloud game database for this edition. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location, and it does not include a separate game-analytics or crash-reporting service.

If you copy a puzzle or solution, it goes to the Android clipboard at your request. Any sharing or pasting into another app is under your control.

2. Advertising and Google services

Royal Sudoku Master uses Google AdMob. Regular full-screen ads are limited to breaks after completed games, after the first two completed puzzles. Optional rewarded ads can provide an extra hint from your first puzzle. Core puzzles and free hints work offline; advertising requires a connection.

Google's advertising services may collect and share the following information for ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics and fraud prevention:

Google's User Messaging Platform processes consent status, privacy choices and information needed to determine which privacy messages apply. Ad requests are gated by that platform's permission to request ads. Version 4.0 requests child-appropriate ads for every player, limits ad content to the general-audience rating, and disables ad personalization. The privacy platform is also told to apply under-age-of-consent treatment, so children are not asked to consent to personalized advertising. Non-personalized advertising can still involve the data processing described above.

Google and its advertising partners process advertising information under their own policies. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps using its services. Our app code does not attach puzzle entries, notes, saved solutions or game records to ad requests.

3. Privacy choices and controls

4. Storage, retention and deletion

Local game data stays until you remove individual saves, use Settings → Clear game progress, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Clear game progress removes this edition's puzzles, records and achievements; it keeps preferences and certain advertising settings and frequency limits. Clearing Android app storage removes the app's current local data and settings.

Android backup may include app data according to your device and Google account settings, and restoring a backup may restore progress. Manage backups separately in Android or your Google account. Clearing local game progress does not delete information already processed by Google for advertising. Google's retention and deletion controls are described in its privacy policy.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond and resolve your request, retaining correspondence as needed for that purpose or applicable legal obligations. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Security and processing locations

Game data is stored in the app's Android storage. Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. This policy page uses HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own, under the safeguards described in their policies. The app does not provide an online account or upload your Sudoku progress to our server.

6. Children and family privacy

Royal Sudoku Master is intended for all ages. The app does not ask players to provide a name, date of birth or contact details to play. Instead, all players receive the same child-appropriate ad treatment through Google's Families self-certified Mobile Ads SDK. Interest-based advertising and remarketing are disabled. Advertising services can still process limited device information as described above. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's information can contact us using the address below. Please include only the details needed to explain the concern.

7. This website and external links

This policy page does not set cookies, display ads or use analytics scripts or external fonts. The web server processes connection and request information to deliver the page. Routine access logging is disabled for this site; technical error information may be retained as needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes that require additional notice or consent will be handled through an appropriate notice or privacy message.
